Mission Facilities History Internships

Buffalo Arts Studio is a non-profit arts organization. As such, we rely on volunteers and interns to support our programming. If you are interested in participating in either capacity, please contact our office or visit during business hours.

Help needed:

  • Office intern/volunteer: arts organization administration, day-to-day office tasks, mailings, database management
  • Education intern: teacher assistance, scheduling, implementation of standards and evaluation, database management, education mailings
  • Development intern/volunteer: construction of promotional packages, grant assembly
  • Gallery intern/volunteer: wall preparation, hanging, labeling, press releases, postcards, mailings, assisting during openings

With our combination of exhibitions, education, and community enrichment, Buffalo Arts Studio is an excellent place to become involved in Buffalo's art community. We also enrich our internships with a comprehensive understanding of the tasks performed and how they contribute to overall programming. Past interns have used their experience here toward academic program requirements.
