Special Events

Buffalo Arts Studio has a long history of engaging the diverse Western New York community through special events, panel discussions, and inclusive community partnerships. All of the programs at Buffalo Arts Studio strive toward inclusivity and creating space for communities of color, refugees, LGBTQ+ individuals, and a myriad of others whose voices are traditionally underrepresented within the visual arts. Our programming reaches out to new cultural and community partners in all areas of Buffalo to remain demographically and geographically varied and aligned with audience needs.

Past Special Events include film screenings, public forums, Community Space exhibitions, and unique, fundraising art parties like including Trimania and Plates and Pasta, and Live on Five. These dynamic art parties comprise our core fundraising efforts, with one signature event every calendar year.
