Live on Five will conclude with an in-person reception on April 18 as we count down to the auction ending together featuring:

• Two Cash Bars with wine by Polaner and beer and seltzers by Try-It Distributing.

• VIP snacks provided by In-Room Plus.

• $5 slices from Extra Extra Pizza.

Saturday, April 18, 2026

6:00 – 7:00 pm VIP Reception

• This special pre-party includes light refreshments and an open bar for Donating Artists, Sponsors, and VIP Ticket Holders.

7:00–11:00 pm 

• Enjoy the Live on Five artwork and reception, including hundreds of original artworks, cash snacks by a local vendor, and cash bars with beer, wine, hard seltzers, and soft drinks. Guests can also enjoy the 30 art studios and meet many of WNY’s most dynamic visual artists.

9:30 pm

• Auction CLOSES. Guests are encouraged to take photographs alongside their winning bids and the artists who made them.

10:30 pm

• Bar CLOSES.

11:00 pm

• Event ends. You can pick up your purchases at Buffalo Arts Studio during regular gallery hours starting on Thursday, April 23, 2026: Tuesday–Friday, 11 am–5 pm, Saturday, 10 am–2 pm. The party continues on Friday, April 24, from 5 – 8 pm, at the Artwork Pick-Up and Volunteer Appreciation Party, with music by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Part of M&T Fourth Fridays at the Tri-Main.
